Drawing inspiration from golden age East Coast hip-hop culture, Blackjack aims to solidify London’s place in rap and explore the ambitions of a young prodigy, dreaming of what his future holds.

With an extremely low budget, two weeks and the tour de force of Lazy Susan at the sails, Blackjack is a testament to what our team were capable of, and highlighting our joint passion for filmmaking. While leaning deeply into its references, it also found itself creating something new - with the aid of C-se’s (FKA alexfromkenya) groundbreaking talent.
