Made in their last year at Norwich University of the Arts, The Butterfly is the first film some of the members of Lazy Susan worked on as a team, solidifying their love for collaborating together. Dhara Wright worked as writer, director and producer, as well as creating all of the stop motion animation alongside production designer Natasha Coleman. The Butterfly was part of the 2022 BFI Future Film Festival and was the winner of Best Short Film and Best Editing at the RTS East Student Awards.
